VBS Deep Sea Sign-ups

Kindergarden-grade 5 are welcomed!
There will be a $8 fee for each kid, families with 3 or more will be $6 for each kid

Any medical information collected here serves to authorize Moose Jaw Alliance Church, and its staff and volunteers, to obtain medical assistance in emergencies.
